How do you change the titale below your username in these forums (where it says 'A Delicate Flower')

You have to donate, or be an administrator or moderator.
And possibly if you reach 1000 posts. But I'm not sure if anyone has reached that yet so you would have to ask Fiel.

You can't change it unless you donated. If you reach a certain number of posts, it'll change to others. It won't always stay as "A delicate flower".

As said above it changes when you get to a certain amount of posts to a fixed title. However, if you donate you are free to change it at any time.
