[MSEA] Mind of Maple necklace

Maple should have an event with a perma face equip item that looks decent.
Something that's like the maple leaf except permanent.

And anyways, I doubt they'll expire. SURE, they say they will expire, but I doubt it. That's just saying the next day of the next patch, and when that item will be removed, and replaced with something better. On mSEA it said that those maplers who had the necklace in their possession still when the 'Gates of Time' open, they will be rewarded with something great. Probably if you upgrade it to the Gold one, you'll get something pretty dang amazing.

Also, if you're wondering WHY I have chocolates, it's because my noob archer that I haven't played on Khaini in years still had some left on him from 2 years ago.

2 years ago, the chocolate expired. Last year they didn't. :X

And interesting. I was wondering if we were going to see that UI outside of hatching the Cygnus Egg. Looks like we'll be seeing a lot more of it.

And what the hell does Maple Necklace Pendant do? It's just sitting there in my Etc... o_o (Does it give you a new quest if you drop your necklace and try to get another? >)

Okay. I figured it out, and a few other things.

The Maple Mind Necklace in your etc inventory, double click it. It opens that UI that is seen in my post above. I got one Maple Gem and put it in; I then was clicking on all the different options for Mr. Moneybags; He gave me the Sealed Maple Mind Necklace (+3 to all stats). So don't click the 'trade a maple mind necklace with a gem for a better necklace' or whatever option. I dunno if I'll be able to upgrade it to the best one, the one that gives +7 to all stats. So don't click ont hat option until you're sure that you want the bronze, silver, or gold one. I believe silver is with two gems applied to it. Also, they are tradeable.

Although they're tradeable, you can't MTS them. But looking through the MTS database, it looks like you will be able to trade them in the future (Thus hinting they won't expire). There are I think I counted 4 different types of each necklace in the MTS, also.

How does the double-clicking the Necklace in your etc inven work? I'm confused about that part; all I have is a Maple Necklace Pendant in my etc. When I double-clicked it, nothing happened, and when I double-clicked it with the Mind of Maple Necklace equipped, nothing happened either. I just can't seem to figure out what it takes to get that UI open... :|

You have to talk to Moneybags, he'll take the pendant and give you an etc. version of the necklace.

Doxinator, looks like you can keep upgrading it, with Moneybags' third option. I'm not sure exactly what it does, but looking at the description, seems you can.

Also, anybody know how often the Gem comes from Gacha? If it's as common as those... Amorian Heart chair bla bla stuff, then it just might be worth giving it a go.

They don't become permanent. They still show an expiration date. I just don't think they'll expire, but become permanent in the next patch.

Also, I got my gem on the first ticket.

the Gems upgrades the stats right

do we have to upgrade it (the wooden looking one) with Gems till it changes colors? or are the colored versions dependent on what Lv we receive them?

So for the name and the text on the gold necklace, there should be a "Diamond" or "Platinium" necklace with higher stats?

ugg, so i did the necklace quest. Can i just throw out htis necklace with out the worry of missing something big?
