Dark Lords of Darkness

Monday, October 6 – Friday, October 31

Get supremely spooky for Halloween by collecting random quest items dropped by defeated monsters. Complete the quest and the quest item will transform into a 1-day equip. Better yet, once you complete all the quests, you have a chance to obtain rare totems!



The Kid Gamsper

Wednesday, October 15 – Friday, October 31

Collect ghost paint from monsters, other players and the creepy Bully Jack! Use the phantasmal paint to give Gamsper, the kid ghost, a total makeover. Once the event ends, Gamsper’s appearance can be permanently kept. Complete attendance checks to earn Gamsper’s Gift Boxes, which will give you 2x EXP Coupons, a Kid Gamsper chair, and more!



Witch Malady’s Secret Mission

Wednesday, October 15 – Friday, October 31

Frogs and Black Cats are swarming the major towns in Maple World! Help Witch Malady whip up her creepy food concoctions by hunting these pesky critters and collecting the ingredients they drop. You also can find various ingredients by defeating regular monsters around Maple World.



Olivia and the Haunted Mansion

Wednesday, October 15 – Friday, October 31

Maniacal monsters have overrun Olivia's haunted house and trapped her inside! It's up to you to return her safely to her family, but first you'll have to fight your way through the enemy horde. Watch out! Olivia's got a dark side. Take on Chaos Olivia and you could claim her special chair!



Take This Commander Mask

Wednesday, October 15 – Friday, October 31

Accept the quest to receive a Commander Mask Box! Open it to choose from random Commander masks or Halloween masks. This event can be completed once daily per character, so you can wear a different mask every day!



The Masked Gentleman’s Candy Event

Monday, October 20 – Friday, October 31

Trick-or-treat! Hunt monsters within your level range to collect Candy Pouches. Exchange Candy Pouches for Candy Points, which can be traded in for a variety of items. Complete all the stages of the quest to receive equips, scrolls or a special Halloween medal!

I want the Akarium mask so I can follow all the Demon's around and make dead mom jokes.

They honestly could at least try to think of a little more creative events. These rehashes every year are so repetitive. It just bores everyone and doesn't really make anyone want to play any more than normal.

Er, how does the Attendance Check work? I tried looking for quests that involved that but I didn't see anything. I don't just log in, right?

I'm not liking how few drops there are in Olivia's PQ, it feels like I'm stealing others' items , plus there aren't very many drops...

The attendance check is in the Star->Gamsper icon on the left side. He gives a random daily quest to complete.

So I did a bad thing and didn't read my quests nor is the attendance quest in the quest log (from what I can see). Do you, or anyone else have an idea of what my quest might be, that way I can go try it out to see if it completes. The only thing relating to Gamsper in my quest log is getting the 10k paint drops.

I really want a perm version of the Lucid mask...

I'm so sick of the Olivia event. I have a better way of revamping the Haunted House, but I know they'll never go through with it.

good lord the paint is going to take ages to complete. I'm getting 20 per drop and you have to get 10,000 of these things. Even with the spider familiar, in half an hour, i only managed 3k. An hour and a half to get one complete attendance?

Not that difficult imo, you just need to find people who spammed paint clouds (in MSEA, many people spammed paint clouds in Henesys) and go into their paint clouds to increase your paint counts. Otherwise, you can just hunt the Pumpkin which frequently spawns in towns and it will drop many paint tubes so you can make your own paint clouds. You can only loot one of each each time tho.

If you don't intend to customize your Gampser's look, just keep your paint counts at 9999 just in case you get the 9999 paint counts daily quest again the other day because you can complete that quest as long as you have 9999 paint counts.

So are most of the rewards from these events just cosmetic things and/or chairs (that's what I'm seeing for the most part)? I don't think I really care to invest any time into them if that's the case, and since I just recently got put on full time with work I don't really have a whole lot of free time during the week anyway.
