The game is getting updated surprisingly frequently, it has been updated like 4 times now since I started playing.

And yeah, the gold bonuses getting removed kinda sucks. He said the reason was because at 200+ hero souls the game becomes too short... but shouldn't he just put a cap on the gold bonus then? rather than just removing it outright? there's a cap on the cooldown bonus already.

I just reached zone 100 and got that free one-time gift of 5 extra hero souls! very nice!

i ended up quitting it. flash crashed so i HAD to go to the new update. i was at 73 souls and resetting every few hrs. didnt want to deal with the removal of gold bonus. if they bring it back i may go back to it. until then ill play my other 4 idle games

I know i'm necroposting but I wish this game had some more recognition especially with the latest updates
with the ancients. Made the game A LOT more fun and makes you have countless more posibilities.

Anyway, I quoted you because a lot of ancients will give you back your gold bonus such as:
- Longer golden click duration
- Bigger chance of getting treasure chests
- More money from treasure chests
- % chance to get 10x as much money from an enemy
- Plain gold % increase
- % Gold increase when idle
And many many more. (They all synergize by the way)

If you want I can give you a save file with 73 souls exactly.

thanks but i havent stopped playing. i have 3xx souls atm and almost 1000 on the next acension. i got money flowing like crazy too lol. but thanks

I stopped playing when my computer reset all of my cookies and deleted all my progress

I'll probably get back into it eventually, but I just don't have the heart for it right now.

Started goofing with it tonight and it's a lot funner than CC IMO. I'm rather surprised people are losing their progress when you can manually save the game and it'll generate a .txt file.

why you ask?

maxed fortuna is a 10% chance of 10x gold, which SOUNDS nice, in theory, however.
1000*.1 = 100

it, at max, is only double gold.

meanwhile, libertas ancient of freedom and mammon leave it in the DUST

thusia is nice ONLY if you have trouble getting gold

thusia basically exists for golden clicks + treasure chests / bosses

tfw was around for a few of the bugs and now i have a save with something like 400-500k hero souls in it.

Thusia is completely useless though.

Yeah. I was originally under the impression that Thusia would increase gold output based on the HP the chest has, but it turns out that it doesn't. People on reddit did some calculations for it, and really I've noticed the same thing. I'm not sure if it's a bug or intentional, though if it's intentional I don't get the point. Later in the game your skills are useless (once you get a high idle bonus). My gold output while idling right now far outmatches anything Golden Clicks gives. Thusia does nothing for me at all, and in fact makes the game worse because I progress without getting the gold I need.

It's a sweet mix.
I currently have:
- 10% 10x gold chance (Fortuna)
- 999% Idle gold increase (Libertas)
- 100% gold increase (Mammon)
- 1000% gold increase treasure chests (Mimzee)
- 1000% treasure chest spawn rare (Dora)

All these together give a huge gold boost.

Aside from that I got:
- -50% hero cost (DogCog)
- +100 seconds for bosses (Chronos)
- -50% Boss life (Bubos)
- 25% primal boss increase (Atman)
- -5 levels each stage (Kumawakamaru)
- -75% skill cooldown (Vaagur)
- +999% Idle DPS increase (Siyalatas)

Rerolling ancients costs 567 hero souls now.. and summoning one costs 1700.
Really expensive.
