I wouldn't want to boss during 2X... given the horrendous lag... but sigh how else to get better drops... =(

I barely even notice it during the midnight ones. During the day is an entirely different story though... I was trying to farm some Enchanters at Warrior Grounds earlier today and the lag was so bad that it wasn't even worth the effort.

I believe it was supposed to drop since the release of Gold Beach, but the drop rate was pretty low until recently, or I've just gotten really lucky. I've gotten one on all of my new link skill mules.

Nope not new. Drop rate is about low~average I guess. Got it rather easily for me.
