Dude. IMGSIZE=600 tags or something. Even spoilerized that's a bit absurd.

A 7-hour livestream will be available tomorrow:
Quote:Japan: 18:00 - 01:00
UK: 10:00 - 17:00
EDT: 05:00 - 12:00
PDT: 02:00 - 09:00

There is a niconico link... but that would be impossible to watch with all the people watching. I'll share a youtube link when I find one. (we still have 23 hours to wait)

Also it looks like there will be an official announcement of Mega Lati@s and Mega Rayquaza soon:
 Spoiler
Quote:This stream will mostly be a playthrough of various aspects of the original Pokémon Ruby & Sapphire, but it has been announced that, at 00:00 JST on October 3rd, in the final hour of the steam, some new and surprising information will be revealed.

Quote:When Mega Rayquaza whips up strong winds with its Delta Stream Ability, this is what happens:
・The moves Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, and Hail will fail.
・The Abilities Drizzle, Drought, Sand Stream, and Snow Warning will fail to activate.
・Moves of a type that Flying-type Pokémon are usually weak to will only deal normal damage to any Flying-type Pokémon in the battle.

Wow. I'm surprised that they managed to make Mega Rayquaza look cool.

Also, wondering if we've seen all of the new mega evolutions already with all of the trailers that have been released, or if there will still be some hidden for the game's launch...( or leaked just prior to launch since that seems to happen often now a days :\ )

They said that there'll be one revealed via the demo, so there's at least one more.

First thing I thought of was Shenron

The chin spike pincer things look a bit odd. Seems like Dragon Ascent (which is actually flying type), is supposed to be the most powerful flying type move, and Rayquaza gets stab on it. It does seem to lower his Sp.Def and Def., but thats not a big deal when you start 1hkoing everything. I'm guessing Delta Stream will also cancel Primal Kyogre and Groudon's abilities like Air Lock did before it.

Not really necessary, since Air Lock will cancel all weather and then Delta Stream will lock Strong Winds in once it mega evolves.

Serebii made a post that Mega Beedrill and Pidgeot are supposedly revealed in the current Coro Coro edition. That's exciting, and I'd never have expected those two Pokemon to get megas. Makes me wonder if Butterfree will be getting one... I used to love Butterfree.

As a preemptive post, please ignore anything you might see about Beedrill being Dragon/Poison and Pidgeot being Electric/Flying. That was originally a random post on 2ch, and the person manning the Bulbapedia news twitter account saw and posted it without thinking for a second that it might not be true.

Just like everything else they post.

 Mega Beedrill
 Mega Pidgeot
 Mega Latias/Latios

You can fly around the world map!? in 3D? oh lordy lordy lordy. and it looks like you can have wild encounters in the sky too.

You can land on islands dotted around, one of which contains a portal that allows you to catch Palkia/Dialga. and there is a large black mass in the sky that when entered allows you to catch Reshiram/Zekrom.

Mega Pidgeot is Normal/Flying with No Guard. Mega Beedrill is Bug/Poison with Adaptability.

Holy craaaaap, Mega Pidgeot looks amazing. Hopefully, its mega makes him usable; I've always wanted to, but his stats would never allow the poor guy.

So since we'll be able to encounter all non-event legendaries in Generation VI, then that means there should be a lot of postgame in ORAS! Biggrin

Aha this is interesting.
Someone on the pokebeach forums noticed Hoopa in the artwork:
 Spoiler
Hoopa has teleported the legendary pokemon to Hoenn using its Hyperspace Hole (as seen in the picture)

I like how they are tying the event legendaries into the lore with Diancie being the creator of Mega Stones and now Hoopa causing mischief by misplacing pokemon all over the world.

That'd be really neat if it's true, and it makes sense.

So in ORAS, we'll be able to catch 31 legendary pokemon, which is insane. But that's a lot of post-game. Battle frontier would just the the icing on the cake. Rolleyes

Also, surprised no one mentioned it, but now we have confirmation that Hoenn will have a Day/Night cycle.
