The man in the white lab coat's voice comes over the PA system in the morning.


"Good morning everyone. It seems like some of you were busy during the night. Remember you must decide on another person to kill today. Snacks and meds will be served shortly."


All of you gather in the main room and notice two of you are missing, you go and check their rooms and find some ghastly sights.


The first body you find is Niernen.

The second body you find is VerrKol's. You find his body in a pool of water and a pot laying next to him.

You are a crazy one, like completely so, one of the worst I've seen in years. You like to go around and randomly splash water on people, like seriously, what is your problem?

Because of your "unique" talent each night I will allow you to get people wet, no that is not an innuendo get your mind out of the gutter.

It is now Day 3. Day 3 will end 48ish hours from now.

Welp, I guess that makes up for night 1 no death, and explains the splasher. Not an arsonist after all, probably. By the way, I had a strong smelling liquid poured all over me last night, but it's probably harmless considering VerrKol's role. Then again, his role never mentioned anything about smell, it just says water. I think his role is like what my Davos role was (mainly) supposed to be, AKA a result PM backed roleclaim, since I can't really tell if it has any special effects. ALTERNATIVELY, VerrKol could be our firefighter, considering he's a townie. It would also explain the presence of two splash victims last night. I have a bad feeling about him, especially with his strange posts yesterday. Namely the ones where he thought I was the one who was doused last night, but many others that are quite out of character for him as well. Tomorrow I'll pull together a better picture of it. Right now I'm headed to bed.

[COLOR="#cc8899"]The meds are preventative, not additive, from what I can gather. Specifically they keep "the bad men" away. I interpret that to mean that, had someone not found them in time, I would have switched alliances or otherwise had some negative events occur.

I actually don't completely agree. I'm thinking more so that, even though they both ended up being doused in something, that maybe the mafia can still only target one person to be set ablaze.

Someone earlier entertained the idea that whatever Razmos' ability is caused him to be affected too by what happened to Shidoshi. I'm slightly inclined to believe that at this point, but I need to go back and read.

I was surprised I was able to call VerrKol's connection with the water, but so many deaths makes me uneasy.

With the strange vote from Kyrastri, knowing that Cakes would likely never get lynched, plus the last minute vote...it just seems suspicious. I think there are others that are better choices, but it would definitely be a good to keep an eye on Cakes.

On another note, I am trying to run through possible situations, but I am not getting much. I think I just need to sleep on the new information and wait for everyone to show up.

I was doused, but I added the smelly part as flavour. Once I saw Shidoshi's post and learned of the arsonist role I thought it might be significant but didn't feel like changing my story as I was already under suspicion. It got people talking about a possible Arsonist, which of course now we know exists.

Considering Shidoshi died and I did not, i'm guessing it was Verrkol who made me wet.

Anywho, we know Polantaris is not the Arsonist due to him being locked away on Night 1 and not being able to prime Shidoshi. And we know the Arsonist has the power to kill during the day. Apart from that, i'm quite lost as to who the culprit might be.

Yes, I had been entertaining the idea myself that I had taken a dousing meant for somebody else. But I was under the impression that primed targets are all killed at once. The PM states that someone ran past and soaked me, which I guess kinda fits Verrkol's role as a crazy soaking person.

Also if both me and Shidoshi were primed, I would have thought they would have prioritized killing me over him since I have mentioned I have a useful ability.

I'm suspicious as to why [MENTION=5228]Razmos[/MENTION]; would make up flavor only to recant it the next day, particularly when the only thing it accomplished was to add confusion regarding the arsonist. The repeated insistence by Razmos that he has a power role is also bugging me - it could be a newbie mistake, but it seems more like one of the following:
1) Razmos is a mafian and trying to breadcrumb against a potential lynch or lure out the real roles
2) Razmos is a townie and trying to give the mafia a false target
3) Razmos is a townie with a power and just being particularly open about it

As a final note, it looks like VerrKol died by "attacking" the wrong target - it would explain why nobody has come forward to claim being splashed, since they would be the most likely suspect for his death. He died "in a puddle of water" with a smashed pot nearby. Maybe the person he splashed is homicidal, a vigilante of sorts?

is the arsonist a once a game killing thing or should we expect chunks everywhere once a day? way too strong for the mafia if its the latter IMO.

Yeah, apologies for the "being doused in smelly liquid" thing. I posted that before I knew the arsonist role existed. I could see it would cause some confusion, but it did get the ball rolling and got people talking about a possible arsonist, even though that didn't really help in the end.

If I had changed my story, I would have looked even more suspicious than people already saw me as.
Which also leads into me being open about having a useful role, that is because I needed a reason to be not be lynched. From the way things were going I was going to be lynched, and I was left with the sticky situation of revealing some stuff about my role and possibly being targeted, or not saying anything and being lynched. Either way it was a risk.
