Moved into my new house today! I forgot to bring the power cable for my TV though... gotta go back home at some point in the next couple of days to pick some stuff up, but I'm really happy with the house One of my housemates had moved in already and the other two are getting here this week. I'm really looking forward to it

I was mauled by a furious tiger as I was stealing its food.

I was playing with my sisters cat above my head while I was laying on the couch. She started meowing and my sister got upset and threw a remote at me, which freaked her cat out. She fell, landed on my face and jumped with her back claws out (declawed front). 13 stitches is what a cat landing and jumping off your face will get you.

Not so good. This week has been pretty bad, felt all tired and weird and unable to sleep much, then handling busy work as well, going off to cry in pillow.

*Also, I'd just like to point out that it's been TEN YEARS since I started playing MapleStory. Really puts things into perspective.

I need to stop being lazy. I like being early-ish for school, work and whatever I need to do, but lately I wake up early and do nothing for more time than I should and end up getting just in time or a couple minutes late for everything. It's annoying to be in a rush all the time.

Anywayyyy, I went to Manchester with Brodie today again
We both tried Taco Bell for the first time ever. pretty overpriced I must say. He had a box meal consisting of a tiny Taco, a tiny burrito that was mostly bread and some plain boring churros.
I had a massive plate of Nacho's to myself, which weren't bad at all, I must say. I definitely made the correct choice there. probably won't go again though.

We had a great time together, on the way to the train station he said he'd wanted to hold my hand all day :3
Then he asked me out properly, so yay, official boyfriends! things are going soooo well.

My 5 year old keyboard finally kicked the bucket, now I have this new toy and I'm really impressed by the customization.

Onto the actual thread, experienced what the weather in Vancouver is ACTUALLY supposed to be like. Very... depressing, to say the least. I guess it didn't help that it was 20-25C and sunny the whole week before.

Also, I'm going out to dinner with dormmates tomorrow night to an Indian place and I don't have the slightest idea as to what's good I need to know what's good Indian cuisine.

After about two hours of use of the keyboard, I'm just frankly not impressed. I made an impulse buy based on my good experiences with razor thus far, but I'll be returning it tomorrow. I decided to get the corsair k70 to replace it and I'll see it tomorrow (Friday latest) so I'll return the one I have to best buy after tonight.

Finally getting my work at home laptop and being able to work 2-3 times a week at home will be fantastic. I've also lost 10 lbs since I started my lifestyle changes (about month now). Unfortunately I haven't gotten into the swing of actually exercising but I'm happy with my progress thus far.

Classical algebra professor (head of the mathematics grad department) just stopped me after class and asked if I wanted to tutor calculus. Gonna grab an application on Friday.

Also, I am hoping to get back into the swing of painting soon. I got an easel and a few bigger canvases from work (60% off the easel and 30% employee discount, $80 easel becomes ~$26). Just need to find out what I want to paint.
