Seriously? Someone said that their japanese file transferred over the gold they earned. Well that sucks.

I'm going to have to get used to using R for shield/roll. I've always used L, but it seems that's now for grappling. If there's a way I can swap those, that would be great.

Does anyone here even have left over codes? It seems not many people here actually got the email.

I got the email with codes, but all 4 are already spoken for :\ I actually have a group of smashers and we all get together regularly to play.

Currently have 1 leftover code for the time being. Asked my two sisters if they wanted a code and only one responded in wanting one while the other hasn't answered back.

On a semi-related note, people have turned to shills and attempting to sell or trade their codes for games or money. Disgusting. I know it happens every time, but still. Have a little human decency.

EDIT: Just searched thoroughly and found out the answer. Apparently you can only change the controls for everything else, but movement. Circle pad is set to movement and D-pad is set to taunts and aren't allowed to swap them. Guess I won't be getting the game.

Anyone have a spare NA code? I'm desperate SP, I've been everywhere...

Pikachu and Villager are my favourite characters in the demo. Villager is just hilarious and extremely fun to play, and Pikachu is pretty easy to combo with. Mega Man is rather difficult to play, I'm not a fan of the neutral A, the uair is really good to juggle with though.

My thoughts on the demo :

-I absolutely love the visuals. They're way better than I thought they would be on the 3DS. The animations are great, everything is smooth, even with the 3D on and the 3D effect is perfect.
-The audio is great, not that I was expecting less from a Masahiro Sakurai game.
-The controls are very comfortable, aside from my personal dislike of L being grapple and R being shield/roll/dodge (I'm assuming that can be changed in the full version).
-The physics are great. It feels are better than Brawl.
-I wish the computer players were harder. I'm hoping this will be a thing in the full version. I remember playing against a level 9 on Brawl a couple of months ago and I absolutely got whooped. In this, level 9s feel like push overs.
-I love how Link's color swaps also swap the color of the Hylian Shield. The Red Hylian shield looks really neat.


Excitement levels for the full version are over 9000.

Mega's neutral A is TERRIBLE, you can't even really apply very much pressure on opponents with it, but his tilts (except SIDE TILT BECAUSE IT'S STILL JUST THE BUSTER) and aerials are pretty damn awesome. I love him.

Got the demo also. Shame none of the released characters are ones that I have any interest in. Villager is probably the best of the five imo.
