What the best way to transfer mesos between accounts?

I need to xfer 200 mil and I need to know the best way to save the most mesos from tax to one account and then back to the original (preferably without NX). And no, I'm not dropping 200 mil in 50k bags >_>

Open up a mushroom shop in FM and sell a monster card for 200m.

The above idea is probably the way to go but does no nx include not buying a shop? I mean, most people I know have a shop anyways so... yeah. but Im curious why you dont want to drop 200 mill, the ultimate way to do it without losing any mesos. It'll take roughly 30 minutes to do and you pay zero taxes. Even if you want to save money, dropping it should be faster than manually trading 1 mill at a time or whatever silly amount you put up to save taxes.

49,999 and under sum transactions in shop incur no taxes, as I recall. You can just sell yourself ETC items for 20 minutes. Safer than dropping, imo.
