To take character from bad games they really need to be special? Why else would you touch them?

It isn't about the specific game it's about the franchise as a whole.

Recent pac man games are terrible, Recent sonic games are terrible, Recent star fox games are non-existent, other M was terrible...none of those characters are stupid choices because their franchise is still huge due to iconic games that make those characters well known. Characters that don't really have a "franchise" (duck hunt dog...) still have meaningful justification for their inclusion.

The designs are the only thing that matter when it comes to their recent games, and that has nothing to do with how good the game itself was. If the game isn't recent (duck hunt dog...game and watch...), their design simply gets updated.

no respawn invincibility? Why would anyone equip that? Unless it's a tradeoff for other boosted stats or abilities? This customization thing is looking pretty damn cool so far.

Seriously though. Why would i abandon my invinciblity with all of these characters with ridiculously huge area of effect up airs or up attacks in general? The mii gunner up air is at least 3 character lengths above their bodies, and their projectiles in general have crazy range and duration, they can EASILY snipe at the cloud until you get out of it...

I keep hearing this but I've yet to see any official sources or images! It's driving me crazy! ;_; Blue's my favorite color and this would just be amazing.

3) Captain falcon is 99% chance not coming back. Little mac is his "replacement". Jigglypuff is 99% not coming back. Kirby is her "replacement". Ness is most likely not coming back, even though he doesn't really have anyone who can compare to his moveset. Being in the original game and all other games is a weak argument at this point. Sakurai is only really picking characters based on their having a unique moveset that brings something new to the table, and all of these characters have a counterpart that is simply too similar. Except in ness' case, he's just terrible as a character compared to literally every single cast member we know of right now. Ness would get his ass handed to him way too easily.

After watching the game at best buy, i have complete confidence in #3 unfortunately.

A lot of "Space Jam" remixes are catchy and this one is no exception lol.
