Level 128 Noob Viper Papulatus Solo

I soloed Papulatus a second time last night and beat it again. This time, I actually recorded it. Here's the video for it :

Lol. I was so nervous at the 2nd body. It's hard to kill when you have to try to dodge every attack while trying to record. The second body sucks. The first body is fun, though.

You wouldn't want to make a risk either if you had spent the past hour+ soloing papu for the first time. And some moves you can't use pots while doing, like Corkscrew Blow.

Not being able to pot I understand. Can you pot while using Barrage? The other thing makes no sense. If you can take a hit, you can pot it off. He got hit plenty of times on the first body; the second body isn't any different. Unless you were lagging :f6:

Well, you do have to take into consideration that there IS potion lag, since I live in the USA and the JMS server is in Japan. I using two potions in a row takes about 4 seconds to do. In that time, the second body could have easily killed me. =/

Sorry for the newb questions but how come I didn't see crits? And how'd you KB pap with 2k barrages? Good job nontheless

Prob as he didn't really stun Pap. And probably doesn't have many points into stun mastery. I also think that barrage counts as one attack, so all 6 hits add up.

Barrage kb's any monster. And criticals only work on monsters that are stunned. Bosses can't be stunned and so we can't critical on them.

I'm crazy nitpicking but... "probably doenst have many points into stun mastery"? He's in 4th job already, maxed stun mastery is a given. While it isn't a great skill in 3rd job, it's only really useful when you're in 4th with barrage and ds.

I don't have time to look at the video, cause I'm busy atm. (can't u tell I'm on SP/sarcasm). So I'll look at it later.
