I am pretty sure that the TB and Bucc cards are the same.

Buccaneer and Striker actually have the exact same character card effect Smile

So the main thing is deciding which class you like the most. Striker is more of a mobile class with a slight combo system that gives you a bigger buff as you attack more enemies, while Buccaneer uses mostly close up melee attacks and uses an energy charge system which powers up some of the moves into bigger, stronger moves, as well as giving stat bonuses.

Striker is a more recent class and so is probably more like AB and Xenon if you are used to those.

If neither of them interest you, other Pirates include the Corsair, Cannoneer, Dragon Warrior/Zen and the Mechanic. oh, and Shade. If he has been released in your version yet.

My Main will is the Angelic Buster
my second card is Xenon and for my third card for the full pirate ways set which is currently i am
confused between bucaneer or striker as a character card only

as you can see in this website it shows bucanneer and striker have 2 diffrent side effect which would be best?

Pirate Striker Final Damage +(2/3/4/5 * Playing character level)
Pirate Viper Bonus damage +2/3/4/5 per character level) what is the diffrence between these 2?

who would u personally recommended on my 3rd card pirate deck bucca or striker?

I believe that despite being worded differently, they really are the same thing. (and they are pretty terrible character card effects from what I can remember, but I haven't personally done the math)

So it doesn't matter which of the 2 you pick really.

Do yourself a favor and never EVER point your browser or anyone elses browser to ayumilove's domain. It is literally the worst maplestory resource on the internet.

Buccaneer and striker cards are straight up the worst pirate cards that exist, and no, there is no difference between the two. I would personally recommend you use mechanic+xenon+shade as your 3 pirate cards, as they have the biggest impact on performance for your class.

If only the Maple subreddit would realize that. They think it's the best thing ever. Tongue

Those cards are both worthless

They add damage, but say it's +5 per level

At level 100, if you hit 10,000, you'd hit 10,500

Hit a million? 1,000,500

Yes, both Pirate and Thief.

It's displayed as +5 range per level but calculated as +5 final damage per level.

With our latest display, you can actually see a difference. We have 2 damage displays. The one on the main stats screen will show your calculated range. The one on the Detail screen will show your range + card bonus (calculated damage).

Oh? I'm surprised there actually is a difference between the redundant two ranges.

That's only because we like to show the detailed section. The simplified part shows the important stuff, like ur main stats and yiur damage. Think of it like the Diablo III inventory screen and the detailed panel, if it helps.
