Compensation for Master Craftsman’s Cube Issue

We completed a maintenance early this morning, August 22, to address an issue where Master Craftsman’s Cubes received as drops from the Bounty Hunter Event had a chance to reduce the Tier Ranking on your equips.

The issue has been fixed and any Master Craftsman Cubes you still have in your inventory should now work as expected.

We understand how impactful this issue is for those affected. We are working with the development team to identify everyone who was affected and to come up with a plan for correcting the Tier Reduction where possible and compensation for those players. We will provide this compensation as early as possible next week.

I'm not sure how they'll be able to identify everyone who used the cubes, but this is nice considering one of them lowered my SW Tattoo from Unique to Epic two days back.
