Friend on another forum had a fun idea of trying to find the oldest Maple Story Videos possible on Youtube.

The first Hermit video I ever watched. Inspiring? Yeah, it was. 'Cause we all know JMS, Ludi, deep Nath, Showa, etc. was all the rage back then.

This video was posted a month before Ben's, and is argueably the most popular hermit video ever made. I can tell you I got inspired to train after watching this video. (even tho i'm not a hermit).

This could be the most popular MS video ever made . atleast in my opinion. I haven't met any of the older MSers who have not seen this video. It was posted 2 months after the KuraiSora video.

This video is the reason I chose cleric over the other classes back in the day.

Who remembers the one about that one godly Hermit in SEA? I'm trying to find it atm. I don't remember his ign. He was going around at Lucidas, Spears, and I think Squids. I don't really remember.

EDIT2: Yeah, the Thanatos map up there in JMS is different from what we have now.

So I was searching and couldn't find the one I was thinking of. It was a DK I believe in KMS and he summoned like 30 jr. balrogs in Aqua Road and we all thought he was insanely strong back in the day because he could kill them all. Too bad I can't find it.

Also to the above poster I think I remember that hermit what was his name again? I used to play MSEA.

ShadowDragon's is what inspired me to go cleric, and was one of the first, if not the first, MS video I watched.

heheh EnGarde made a series of Sir Psycho Tiger's, but his youtube account got taken down for whatever reason, so this one is the only remnant.

Two best zakum fights i've ever seen. Close second comes the fastest speed run video. Too bad the second video had to be replaced with some other song. Until the end fit it perfectly. :[

lol, I could barely read the ign's but I could tell the author by the editing right away. You can see a lot of that style in the Them guild video he made much later... hyunie was my DK inspiration ages ago. Shame he's gone again.

Those two videos inpired me to play maple story and keep playing it. The first video, i watched it over 50 times. it inspired me so much to be a hermit, now hermit was always my favorite job, and still is.

That freaking Priest Video is what made me strive to become a Priest sooo bad back a few years ago it caries that nostagia feeling on it, when being 3rd Job was the shiet ;P
