So it's been 6 weeks since I, someone who doesn't even play anymore, noticed that Arrow Blaster can't hit anything. Are you ever planning to fix it or should I just toss it up to the usual Nexon hates Bowmasters reason?

Want to make a remark that Kritas used to sell Dry Treat, and after this (U)SC, it's no longer sold. Back to the absence of Dry Treats again...

I don't know if they're used to feed pets but IIRC they're used to feed the Pigmy system that KMS has. It's one of those items that GMS forgets to remove from the shops sometimes (like how sometimes Lie Detectors show up in the shops).

Or you know, you can use pet food to feed your pets. Is there some benefit to using dry treats over pet food?

Dry Treats were the things that were used in EMS long, long ago (pre-BB) to get Pygmy eggs which needed an incubator to hatch. You needed buy them with NX and gave pretty much the same things as gachapon. KMS can easily have the same system, I've never played it.
Either way, I don't believe they were ever used as pet food o-o

I was fooling around with it when I bought it, but then I forgot about it until I went to the pet park and it asked for something like that...? I'm not sure.

Entering Magnus (hard, dunno normal/easy) crashes 1 or more people in the party

This only seems to happen to certain people. I've seen people on basil complaining about it for the past ~2 months but I've never had it happen to me or any of the mules I use.

Turns out the crashing was due to using Kanna skills.
