He replied to someone who said 2 episodes is june 27th saying that it's 3 episodes so 1.5 hours long. You're saying 3 episodes, which takes an hour because they're 20 min each, plus commercials = 1.5 hours. It's the same thing.

It's confirmed that it's 3 episodes on the 27th by the way.

@ thread, I re-watched TLA and the first 2 books of LoK recently. Cannot wait for this one to start, haven't spoiled myself with those few leaked episodes either.

Platinum Games is making a Legend of Korra game for PC, PS3/PS4, and Xbox 360/One that is to be released this fall. The game takes place between seasons 2 and 3, and features Korra as the player character.

AND a Webfoot Technologies-developed turn-based strategy version of The Legend of Korra will also hit Nintendo 3DS this year.

Tenzin Sales pitch is terrible. Kai is going to have his little redemption arc and the 4 evil team avatar (I like the 4 horsemen) are going to be awesome. Aggressive Airbending! I also really think Asami should have chi blocking and or become Iron woman- how does she even contribute with only the tazer glove?

I actually expected Asami to get airbending.

She contributes by being a badass anyway. Also money. She uses the power of money.

But uhhh that was surprisingly good? Like better than the first two seasons, imo.

Zuko's a badass and the elevator scene was fantastic.

This man has the right idea. Tenzin didn't think of how the people with families and etc. would react to his invitation.
However, seeing what is going on in the Earth Kingdom, I wouldn't be surprised if all of the already captured people were FORCED to go to the air temple.

Also, I am super happy Zuko is a main part of the story.

As said by Eliseo, there won't be an episode on this Friday because of July 4th. Nickelodeon did confirm that on July 11th, it will air episode 4 and 5. (Probably because of the early leaks?)

From the very beginning Nickelodeon ordered 52 episodes in total, or so I have read, so 13 episode seasons are in order.

I do think season 3 is going quite fast. I would understand 3 episodes last week in exchange of no episode this week, but an extra episode next week? And for some leaks?

I think it just shows Nickelodeon has little to no faith in Korra doing well at all. I'm sure it will air here in Mexico and Latinoamerica as a "special marathon" over a couple of weekends and that would be it.

However I am enjoying this storyline, hope they keep it up.

Edit: It looks like they will air the first 3 episodes this friday? I have no idea what Nickelodeon is thinking now.
