As I recall red relaxers were obtainable from every iTCG 1 set starter pack. If you can manage to get your hands on one of those, I am fairly sure you'll get your red relaxer.

Hmm, I might be able to help you out. Do you know if the Red Relaxer has a unique code? If it does I'll search through my cards seeing as I have a LOT of first set cards. I can't promise you that I'll find it but I'll try. (If I do end up finding it, it'll be free.)
