How was your day?

Bought yogurt from a brand that I don't usually buy and it looks weird, A LOT thicker than what I'm used to, but it doesn't smell badly and the taste isn't bad. I bought 2 bottles, like 3 liters and both have similar issues; the expiring date is in like a month for both but I don't know if I should drink it or just return them to store and grab a couple of bottles of the brand I'm used to. No one's home yet so I don't have anyone to ask and I don't want to go all the way to the supermarket asking for a refund if it's edible... they'll end up throwing them away even if they're fine. I've also never had anything refunded so I don't know if I should go right away or if I can wait until tonight when someone else can tell me if the yogurts fine or not.

I hate how useless I am when it comes to housekeeping related stuff. I've been trying to do more stuff on my own lately so that I can learn some but there's always something that makes me struggle even if it turns out to be stupidly simple.

It's good to be back...
..Spent the day cleaning said home. Eleven years living where I've been living, and I can say, I've made the best of it...and a ton of holes in the wall.

Y'all thirsty b'itches

My weekend has been pretty tiring. I got home from work on friday, then went to the gym.
on saturday, which was my only free day, OF COURSE i get sick yet again, and feel like crap all day until really late on.
then today I went to the gym early in the morning and then have spent all day since fitting a carpet with my dad.

I am going to be absolutely dead tomorrow.

Oh, and I got a friend request on facebook from that guy at work i'm starting to like. Turns out he IS straight, and has a girlfriend.
I'm NOPEing out of there very quickly.

It's made me feel a little bit sad, but at least I found that out before I started really liking him.

Over the past few days, I've been doing this "outside" thing -- we're demolishing our current deck and building a new one.
In return, Mother Nature rewarded me with allergies. Lots of 'em. For which allergy medication does jack squat.

I've also started exercising!

how to know if you're dealing with a broke b'itch : she repeats "its ok i can afford" when you tell her somethings not on discount, is impatient as f'uck and storms out because you have other customers to deal with.

Even the lady that handed me an Amex black centurion didnt act so entitled like literally f'uck you _|_

it took 3 things to make my day and 1 broke bi'tch to ruin it.

Broke 60 dollar earphones (which I've had for less than a month) like the dumbass I am.

God damn it dasjkfbsdjhgfsdag. Going to have to try fix these.

I got so curious and went stalking for my crush on facebook. Obviously I found him.. I wish I didnt though...

Started teaching myself programming to make myself more attractive for a lab position.

Been talking to the most amazing guy for the past 4 days now. I was just randomly looking through this dating site and he just caught my eye instantly. I thought "holy crap, this guy is way out of my league", but I created an account and a profile and messaged him anyway and we just hit it off instantly. I'm really connecting with him and I've never felt this close to anyone this quickly.

It's currently slightly long distance (he lives in London), but in the next month or so he's moving up north near where I am. So with any luck.. if this lasts that long I could be in to something really great here.

God he's just so perfect, and he thinks I'M perfect. just... god. I'm a mess right now. In a good way.

also, my "trial" at work is over, they are officially hiring me! hurrah! (the past 2-3 weeks have been a trial to see if i'd fit in, with them paying me a certain amount. Now i'll be on a proper wage). I'm really getting to grips with it, and they seem to like me there a lot. We are all going out for a curry tomorrow too! how exciting.

Life is pretty cool right now.

As for myself, The last couple of days were okay -- I took my puppy out and went for a drive around town as it hasn't been as hot as it's been last week. Other than that I didn't do anything really significant.... I'm currently trying to find a job right now and I just hope I get one soon -.-;;[/COLOR]

Applied for a part time position at Urban Outiftters, hopefully a morning during the week kind of job to just bring in some extra cash flow. I had an online interview and just did a follow up survey, my only concern is that I really dunno if I have enough hipster clothes to fit in there.

Turns out the conducting wires are covered in some sort of insulating enamel, so I had to burn that off with a lighter before dodgily wiring them up. Added a bamboo splint for extra durability, now I just have to buy some electrical tape and secure the ends.

Considering I used to play around with wiring small motors, lights and batteries at the age of 10, old me would be proud.

Was feeling kinda stressed so somehow I ended up reskinning my entire blog. Blogger's new XML based templates are a huge pain in the butt.. I had to revert back to classic.

Also making plans for next year after I graduate school and before I go to the army. Still unsure about what im going to be doing in that few months of waiting. Maybe I'll just try to apply for a full-time sales job at a local department store with P&G or Amore Pacific. Most of the jobs need atleast a year of experience in luxury retail which kinda stinks to be honest, but if i manage to keep up with part-timing at Stuart Weitzman this year then I'm all set. But another part of me just wants to chill at home while I work on a portfolio for my future career... unfortunately though, I cant afford to do that >_>
