Hall of Honor "pet lag"?

what's this bullshit I'm hearing about the use of pets in hall of honor causing lag and even disconnections?

Might have something to do with pets trying to loot the mountain of monster cards. Just a guess

I lag in Evo World when I'm attacking and trying to loot mass amounts of items at the same time... I'd imagine HoH is no different.

It happened when you have a kanna in map before the nerf. You could just have the pet out and it lagged tremendously with all the junk on the floor even when you aren't looting them. For instance, the guys on the floor leeching would start to lag just for having a pet out when you are killing so fast with massive drops on top. I haven't tried to test HoH after the nerf unfortunately nor do I know if it exists with the current pet skill system.

8 core processor 4ghz, 32gb ram, nvidia card 4gb vid ram and I still get this lag so its nothing to do with my specs. It can't even take up 1/4 of my computer's resources with this lag so while it may affect gameplay it doesn't help if the client can't handle more than it can chew. But like in my last post, I haven't tested after Kanna's nerf on this patch yet and I don't know if the new pet skills changes anything.

So what's happening is when you have pet loot on and someone else is killing.. their drops will lag you. I tested this yesterday on my Kanna, which would lag every few seconds. I turned off pet loot and low and behold no lag at all!

It has nothing to do with computers, it's Nexon side.

ok must be kinda the same bug like the gaga and kass town lag

Just to add, this lag has been around for well over a year and not everyone gets it. I have 2 PCs that aren't affected by it and 5 that are.
