Since many people are asking:
When linking to another player, it activates unique powerful skills. You can also use it on Mobs. It will interrupt and stun them in most case

You can't find a distinct tank, dps or support role in Black Desert so that in a boss battle, the formation becomes very important. The damage, defense and other stats of the team as a whole will differ a lot according to the formation. For example, if players stand in a circle, the defense of the whole team will be higher than in any other formations. If so, this formation is the best one to adopt to defend the boss attack. If players stand in a straight line, the first player in the line will cast the highest damage. The collaboration gameplay only works on super bosses for teams in the field, but not on general bosses in the field. Check out the formation images here.

So far, most Black Deserts Classes are gender locked. The Sorcerer for example can only be female, the male Version of the sorceress would be the Wizard.
Both Classes are actually Mages, but with different Skills and Play styles.

I entered this thread to see if it was about chocolate cakes or some kind of powdered chocolate world.

I am disappoint..

This monster jumped and I attacked it, but the swing of my blade was so fast that the wind hit it first.
It would've looked like a Falcon Punch if I didn't had the blade equipped.

Even though I signed up and prayed to get in with my own account, I didn't. A very nice friend of mine has another friend who didn't play and gave access to me.
2nd beta ends on May 11. The game is so great, but there is still tons of work to do for Pearl Abyss.
