Character selection button

EMS is getting some update tomorrow, which includes MSEA's latest events (black bean and that strange high-level-place-thing), but also something very interesting at the bottom:

8. UI Changes
The Change Language button has been replaced with the Character Selection Screen button.
Using this button will allow you to change character without logging out from the game.

That's cool, I hope GMS gets it too!

Incidentally, I wonder if GMS is still considering making further changes to the UI. I guess they could add this in with it if they are, since there was a lot of talk about it on the Nexon forums after the UI was changed to the KMS style recently.

KMST, JMS, and now EMS have this feature (I am unsure about TMS/MSEA) so I have absolutely no doubt GMS will get it.

I'm expecting we get this in whatever the may update is supposed to be. Not that i really need it, but the game should have had it far far too long ago.

i... don't quite like the idea. don't get me wrong, i'd love the idea on any other game, but on one with such a blatant history of account hacking i'm not so sure.

My bad, I made a bad assumption.

Now we just need the ability to move characters on the character screen, to avoid having to go through all the pages looking for link skill mules. Better have them all on one page and main on first page.

I want this so much I have a bunch of my mules kitted out in Mesoranger outfits from the first time those were released ages ago but they're all scattered across 4 pages... would be hilarious to line them all up. Also it bothers me that my main character is 3 in from the start, as opposed to being the first character on the screen. :<

We need this so bad along with a different way to link up link skills through a single UI and... SHARED CS

Unless you mean it would bring new glitches/bugs that hackers can exploit on, I don't see how allowing the player to switch characters easier would aid hackers much. There's that 15minute trade block and it's per character so... saving a few seconds seems insignificant.

This would make transferring items via the account SOOO much easier and faster. OMG bring this to GMS right nowwww!!

Actually EMS is getting it next patch, so its not really available yet.
