I've been practicing my various gangsigns, and man it's really straining my hands. Anyone got any tips for stopping the pain while making gangsigns? Are there any sort of warm-ups that help?

This one in particular really puts the strain on my hands.

Doesn't make sense. The weird pomegranate will just keep on adding up. Its not like it gets removed. Unless someone edits or delete posts, the weirdness can not go down, it can only stay constant or increase.
