What State has the craziest criminals?

I live in a state, Florida, that I am certain is full of some of the most insane crimes in the nation. Please prove me wrong by putting up weird crimes in the state you live.

In Denmark, some guy who worked as a "saver" or whatever it would be translated to, raped a girl in the back of an ambulance. He turned on the sirens so he wouldn't get disturbed.

The state of insanity has the most insane criminals.

In the country of Southperry, within the state of Shenanigans, in this city is where all the craziest criminals are located.

I would not argue that Florida tops the batshit crazy list. I'd nominate Ohio for a fairly close second. I havee to place my Michigan motherland somewhere toward the bottom ten. Nevada, California, Utah, and pretty much the entire deep south deserve mentions as well.
