Advanced Charge is +25% damage when you have all 5 Charges buffed iirc, but I think those are the only two skills that give %damage for Paladin.

Void Elemental is 30%, charges are 5% each (+25%), Blast is 42% total damage, that's 97%, not to mention link skills, and the +210% to charges from Void Elemental is also total damage for the charges, not to mention Blast's 20% damage reinforce hyper.

Blast buff is not actually 42% total damage, it's a 1.42x damage multiplier.

fun fact: with this ring, 24% dex is the lowest of my four rings (24, 30, 30, 33).

Threw a 4% neb and bonus pot scroll (crap lines ) on the unleashed ring and it's only ~2k less range but I can still cube bonus / scroll two more slots when shield scrolls are back. It replaced my 21% dex cracked ring, which is locked until the 25th so I recubed it for 20% drop (after getting 21% luk/str).

Decided to try for 3 decent lines on my already Legendary equipment, since rank-up rates are such bullshit.

So I've been throwing random cubes at this for the past 4-5 days... finally got it to Legendary today and welp:



I really cannot be bothered selling and recubing another ring to Legendary, so:




And now my 200% Drop Rate Set is complete.

These things are a pain to cube.

On the plus side: 84% (multiplicative) Ignore Enemy Defense now!

This is almost the same as Bryan's ring, but we should know that you can never have enough dex if you're willing to take a chance for it :d...

I've crafted and used nothing but those master and meister cubes, and I've used a lot of meister ones. From my experience, those crafted cubes are good at ranking equipment from rare to unique. I've gotten several pieces of equipment to rank up to unique usually within 10 cubes or so for each tier. They also seem to have a good tendency to give you primary stats on the 2nd or 3rd lines. But from all the cubes I've used so far, I have yet to rank anything up to legendary from just those cubes.

Pretty happy I'm at 120% drop now. Just need 5 more 20% drop accessories (Pendant, 3 Rings, Tattoo).

If I had known you were looking for drop rate, I wouldn't have put so much effort in recubing before selling
