Boss Battles Thread

Would you say shes easier or harder now?

I think she's a LOT easier now, because her skills are much longer in duration which means more time to attack and/or handle shinsoo of which there are less because of those long duration attacks. Plus she doesn't heal, and that's huge.

Plus it seems like her DR time is skewed now.

Before it used to do it for me at around 60-70 secs.

Now i can go 2-3 min without it popping up.

I *think* the full map does 90% damage and the ones that are spread out do 100% damage, but 90% damage can still be lethal because of the potion cooldown.

Idk, I was full hp when it happened . Someone told me after v1 its 90%, but I really don't know. Not spending nx on wheels so eh whatever.

1.3ish clean, above 2-2 with all the buffs+pots on.
262% boss with top 10 gloves (252% with top 50), clean.
82% PDR clean, 89% PDR buffed, and some more from potions.
Also being a luminous makes the life much easier at gollux.

My guild did Empress since her change. Soooo much easier. No picture but the only deaths were from our Beast Tamer who lags like a peach in Maple anyway.

All 5 capes x2 without a 2x event, cool.

This thread really died. :f6: Then again I guess most of the boss runs aren't really impressive anymore.

Anyway, here are our Vellum runs from today:

2 weapons from the first, 11 from the second. Each with the same drop rate and same number of people present (and alive) upon death (6).
We didn't use a Paladin on the second run like we normally would and it actually went pretty smoothly. Having no Paladin really made it a lot more fun, too.

Something to do with a DoT maybe? Dunno the name of any Kaiser skills but there's one that sets the ground on fire, could be that? Never seen it myself.

That thing shows up on almost every run for me, so yeah I think it's DoT.

First Hard Magnus clear (after many close attempts which ended up glitching). The party was me, a Phantom, and a Kanna. Mage and Thief capes dropped. Not bad for only having 2x drop from my Wolf.

Finally soloed hell mode!
