Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

It's one thing to complain about someone's deeps, but people are just bad in pubs.

I did four RAs. One game, someone took a WP somewhere while we were waiting and died when the event message popped up. Had a Monk pull stuff away from my Monk despite having Palm on everything, Forbidden Palace up and the fact that he ate all the damage and nearly died when he pulled them. Each game, someone afked after the gate opened. One of the games, one person skipped all the snakes and tried to leave and died. Had a Wizard walk into the pack after it was pulled and nearly died if it weren't for my shield. They then backed up, put two seconds of disintegrate and then walked back in.

I think I'll just get to 200 and just farm some more Common Debris for my Crusader.

I burned through 1000 Common Debris while we were doing RAs making Hallowed Axes and Fists. Managed to upgrade both of them in damage, but the Axe lost some LoH and the Fist replaced a 400 VIT with LoH instead. I don't need this much LoH, but I think I can swap my Demon's for my Warzechians this way. Would prefer to have a VIT roll on one of the weapons though. Guess I need to restock Common Debris again later.

So IRONICALLY, we did a RA run after the EXP buff event ended and lo and behold we got the exact same EXP as we've always been getting. Guess that guy on Reddit was correct in saying the 100% EXP buff wasn't working as intended.

Once your EXP TIL (To Next Level) achieves the 2.147bil cap (Paragon 515+), Pools of Reflection can start stacking infinitely due a bug with the 32-bit integer cap. People are reporting having 15-20+ Stacks.

On the whole, toughness numbers and damage numbers are pretty far off from the real damage each character can take and deal. It depends a lot on the build the person's using since a lot of skills don't change what appears on the character sheet as well as some item effects such as Area Damage, Bonus Elemental, Bonus to Elites, Reduction from Elites, CDR, shields, stun/blind/freeze, etc.

There's also the whole problem with toughness, you can have 1m toughness with either 250k HP and 75% mitigation or 40k HP and 96% mitigation and that makes a world of difference in terms of effectiveness of your Healing numbers.

A reminder for everyone to remember to turn OFF "Skip all Cutscenes" for when RoS launches to see that Act 5 goodness.

I got a Stone of Jordan when I killed Diablo last night. Definitely happy about that. Also, got a puzzle ring. I assume they still don't work properly though.

They work, but they're rather picky. The items have to be from one playthrough and you can't die otherwise it resets the counter. I think there's a couple more restrictions, but I can't remember them.

Changing Acts also resets the Puzzle Ring counter.

What we have right now is what people without the expansion will have access to. I don't believe there's anything that unlocks without RoS.

I won't be able to join you guys with Act 5 monster slaying for about another week, since I ordered the physical copy of the CE. :c

I remember seeing that when browsing through the item gallery. Nice little nod there.

It's a fucking miracle!
But also really fucking annoying, because I farmed TWELVE Machines and the eye dropped off the first set I did lol.
Rolls are bad, but I don't even care anymore, I just wanted the ring for the sake of saying "I have it".

I wish you all luck and enjoyment in the expansion. I predict a crazy amount of server crashes; nowhere near as bad as Vanilla launch day, but still enough to be hilarious for those not playing.

Played about an hour and a half with a friend on act 5 torment 1. Didn't even get to the first act boss and we're already level 65. Lol.

Feels terrible having to use a weapon that isn't a Kridershot. Please be kind tomorrow, Malthael. I managed one Legendary on my Demon Hunter and it was a level 66 Zunimassa's Ring. At least it doesn't roll DEX.
