wow, they actually unbanned a billingpp account I had banned LMFAO, it was banned like 5 years ago, sent them a ticket and they responded to my ticket in less than 3mins to tell me it was unbanned lol.

Really, no one caught onto this yet?

It is already way too late, but still, treating cheaters as legitimate players create nothing but animosity and strain among the community.
If I had not already decided to never buy NX again, this would have been the nail in the coffin.

Some of you will be aware of the Second Chance program we ran for MapleStory late last year. Out of the thousands of players unbanned in this amnesty, less than 2\% reoffended, while the others were converted into positive players.

pineappleing bullpomegranate do only 2% reoffend. They didn't wait for you to unban them nexon, they just started hacking on other accounts immediately and when you unbanned, just took any illgotten meso/whatever left on the account and continued to laugh at you.

Soon the only people playing the game will be hackers/botters/dupers.

As long as they keep charging NX I'm sure Nexon doesn't give a pineapple.

Yeah I'd love to see the % of the players that returned to the accounts to play actively.

Yeah, it's the only thing that comes to mind. Time will tell how this goes.

When will nexon reward those people who play this game correctly, who stick around after all the mistakes nexon makes, the dupes, the rollbacks, the on going problems?

They want you to break down and buy Karma Koin cards.

They do not trust your paypal, for whatever reason, and would rather not take any chances with their rare and valuable merchandise that you might abscond with and then make Paypal take the money back from them.

If that were true, they could start by re-banning the well-known hacker/duper of Scania that recently got unbanned-and along with that unbanned hacker came an inventory of surplus, obviously duped items.

I broke the other way, and started playing a subscription game that'll accept my Paypal. Sucks to be Nexon.

My only guess as to why is that I changed its email address and that's suspicious. (but puts Paypal email in a much more convenient inbox)

No names but bunch of magnus hackers were unbanned in YMCK as well and the same people were hacking the heck out of CRA a while ago (and some of them probably hacking hard mode again atm).

They weren't even supposed to get a 2nd chance but even if they did, they learned NOTHING. These hackers would even buy loads of nx which tells about how confident they are about Nexon being helpless in front of hacking. These hackers LAUGH at Nexon.

So why aren't these people banned? Because other players cant see or prove what happens inside the boss maps or Dojo AND because Nexon doesn't moderate these maps either.

There's also the sad fact that I know tons of respected high level/funded people in YMCK that, while normally judging hackers, accept, deal with and hang in the same guild with certain major hackers simply because of their status and influence on the server. And tbh I know that many legits would turn against me if I tried to name and inform the server about how these hackers (wnb legits) have gotten the status and wealth they have.

And just like the first time, what a stupid move. What is Nexon's logic? The unbanned will magically turn into legitimate players, and run over to the nearest store for NX? The majority of the banned obvious have already decided this game wasn't worth paying for; that's why they turned to hacking/exploiting in the first place. All this does is introduce a flood of illegitimate items and characters into the economy, and give the exploiters a field day with their profits. Most of the banned never left, they're just on other mules.

On a personal suggestion, quit and sell your items while they're still worth something. It's ridiculous how much $ can be squeezed out of this broken game when you sell your stuff.

They've already made millions if not billions of dollars in money from everyone and just want people to quit. That's why I'm saying someone needs to send them an email/post on their forums about how everyone feels about this and where it's going to be like in the future.
