I agree. Little Macs announcement has me hyped again, that video definitely being a big part of it.

Then again, it probably is helpful that he's only the second character announced that really belongs in smash bros. Villager/Fit Trainer/Rosalina are all odd choices and seem almost like joke characters.

Heck, megaman isn't even a Nintendo character, so really, he's the first New Nintendo Newcomer who really belongs here.

The boxing ring stage fits him so well.

Fit trainer is really the only character you could argue as a joke character. Villager and rosalina, as characters, clearly add a lot to the roster since their movesets and gameplay are completely unique, and little mac is shaping up to be the same. Fit trainer we just don't know enough about to consider as anything more than a joke.

Are you kidding? One's a background character from galaxy 1/2 and the other is from the (other than wii fit) most pacifistic nintendo game in exisitence, hence, joke choices for a fighting game. The movesets have nothing to do with it.

moveset = yoga poses is extremely clever. nevertheless, wii fit is one of the most profiting and most played "games". it clearly deserves presence simply for pulling numbers.

To be honest, I don't think it's fair to call Rosalina a joke character. She may have started off as a background character, but Nintendo has been trying to make her more relevant with her inclusion in Mario Kart Wii, MK 7, MK 8, and Super Mario 3D World.

It may be that Mega Man had a giant item...because he looks way too big there considering the background, even with Little Mac's small stature.

Bowser became addicted to bottled fairies ever since 3D World.

you guys have NO CLUE how stoked i am about little mac, so stoked in fact, i had my friend come over to beat the wii game. a character based on dodges and counters is just glorious and my style of fighting.

I'm quite excited to play as him too. I LOVED Tifa in Dissidia: Final Fantasy. the combo cancelling and dodging looks very similar to the way Little Mac fights.
