A Majora's Mask question for all of you.

So guys.

When you had to play a song, did you use..
Link's ocarina?
the Deku Shrub's tuba(s)?
the Goron's bongos?
or the Zora's guitar?

I always used the tuba because it was so obnoxiously large in comparison to Deku Link. If you've never played Majora's Mask and have no idea what I'm talking about, see yourself out of this superior thread and download a ROM/buy the game for three bucks.

Goron's drums. Not really sure why.

I used Zora's guitar. I always walked around as the Zora because he was the coolest.

Picture made me laugh hard. Lulz. Majora's Mask is my favorite Zelda game. D:

Anyways, I would use Goron Drums. I used Goron for travel lots, because he rolls.

Tubas are fucking sick in Majora's Mask. Btw, did anyone here finish the Couple's quest? I think that was one of the most fun quest in the game, but you couldn't do it til the very end cause it was so fucking goddamn difficult! GODDAMN! Or the kid with the mask! Or the mailman guy! Those were some of the best quests to do in that game!

Usually whichever form I was in already, unless I was playing the Elegy of Emptiness.

I cared more about the task at hand than whatever instrument, so I always used whatever form I was already in.

The guitar was the best one, though. (hurray for a mostly underwater species using electric guitars. That's logical!)

Depends, I dont really care which instrument I use.

Whatever form I was in, if I was near water, likely the guitar, and you can substitute the idea for anything.

I just used whatever I was in as well. Such a hassle to switch to another instrument just because "it sounds nice." The horn is alright, the drums are very boring, the guitar is pretty cool, but I have to stand by the ocarina. It's the only (good) one you can hold a note with and it sounds pleasant. I've seen sheets for people to play the Kokiri Village theme on the ocarina using only the 5 buttons and the joystick to change the pitch. The other instruments can't do that.

Is anyone that played Majora's Mask when it came out also disappointed that Fierce Deity never appeared in any games since? I was fully expecting it to at least be the smash ball for adult Link in SSBB. And why doesn't he have an instrument? Too cool for music?
