seems like they're starting to release that pretty old anime now, along with some event.... :f6:

To add to this, it's also in dutch, and the last episodes from this that originally aired in japan were never translated to english.

Might want to also point out that they used the Korean dub instead of the original Japanese.

Is it just me, or are they desperately looking for reasons for events...?

The anime was released between 2007 and 2008.

I don't get why Nexon Japan/Korea don't get into creating a new anime for maplestory already. All it needs is a coherent story that's related to the game's main story.

You know what'd be epic? An anime based on the first war against the Black Mage.

Supposedly the Black Mage was mentioned in quest text that hardly anyone bothered to read since hardly anyone even did the quests to begin with as early as Ossyria.

But yeah, this was well before Aran/Cygnus Knights (Whichever came first.) came along and put the Black Mage front and center.

Like kruimel said, the last 10-15 episodes were never translated to english. I guess those will be released in english as well over time. I know this ain't the best anime around, but it still is decent enough imo. The fact that they even took the effort to do this is already nice! And if you really hate it... you do not have to watch it.
