Note: This post shall be updated weekly with any new issues. Issues which are fixed shall be removed from this list, and will be posted with maintenance notices they are fixed in. Please check the Bug Extermination Report section to see if an issue has been resolved.

Gameplay and Functionality:

• Some players are receiving “Error Code: 11004”, and having their client crash, when attempting to access the game using the Web launcher. (Note: A work around for this is to launch the game using C:NexonMapleStoryGameLauncher.exe)
  
• Multiple players are reporting getting stuck in the cutscene for Beast Tamer quest ‘Koblolds… For Real?’
  
• Hayato characters are unable to receive the quest ‘Statue of Dread’ to start the Zakum PQ.
  
• Beast Tamers incorrectly receive 8 AP to STR and 1 AP to DEX instead of 9 AP to INT during the tutorial
  
• Using the Bow Master skill ‘Arrow Blaster’ can potentially cause the client to disconnect.
  
• The Bow Master skills ‘Final Attack: Bow’, ‘Advanced Final Attack’, and ‘Armor Break’ do not activate when using the skills ‘Hurricane’ or ‘Arrow Blaster’.
  
• Beast Tamers are unable to complete the quest ‘How about a Fish-Witch?’
  
• Players on Alliance/Merged worlds are unable to obtain the rewards for the ‘RED Thank You Event’
  
• The Beast Tamer quest ‘A Guardian’s Blessings’ does not let players receive level 61-100 gift.
  
• There is a chance of the ‘Tree Worm’ not spawning when attempting the quest ‘Sugar and the Great Tree’
  
• Expired Event Monsters and NPCs are present in the World Map lists.
  
• Multiple players creating a new Zero character are becoming stuck during the opening sequence.
  
• Zero characters are unable to use ‘teleport’ attacks while in the Trade System maps in Commerci.
  
• Multiple players are reporting being unable to receive the final stamp for the December Fun Attendance Event.
  
• Multiple players are experiencing a crash when attempting to complete the quest ‘No Love for the Demon King.’
  
• The crystal to summon the third phase of the Horntail boss fight has a chance to not appear when participating in the expedition.
  
• The Hayato skill ‘Shimada Heart’ does not raise the ‘Stat ATT’ stat.
  
• The Wind Archer skill ‘Trifling Wind III’ does not activate against certain bosses.
  
• Multiple players are experiencing a crash with ‘Error Code: 38’ when attempting to enter Monster Life
  
• Normal Mode and Madman Ranmaru are not dropping items when defeated.
  
• Monsters in ‘Fight for Azwan’ will occasionally become unable to be killed.
  
• Vertical movement is slower than horizontal movement when using the Phantom skill ‘Shroud Walk’
  
• The Kanna skill ‘Blackhearted Curse’ incorrectly triggers the skill ‘Monkey Spirits’
  
• Defeating Gollux on any difficulty will result in the same rewards.
  
• The ‘Sea of Fog’ Party Quest is unable to be started.
  
• The quest ‘A Member of the Maple Alliance’ is unable to be accepted.
  
• Normal Mode Magnus is not dropping equipment.
  
• The Maple TV in the Free Market does not respond correctly when walking through the camera.
  
• Monster Cards are listing generic Lv. 10 - 110 equipment as items that drop when viewed in the Crusader Codex.
  
• ’White Bunny’ cannot obtain the ‘Pet Instructor Test’ quest.
  
• Orchid’s voice over is in Korean during the ‘Black Wing Master’ cutscene
  
• Evolution Cygnus and her knights do not drop any equipment.
  
• Days do not reset for the Scared in the Dark medal after skipping a day and abandoning quest then restarting the quest.
  
• [Silent Crusade] The Silent Crusade Set in the Crusade Codex is no longer correct.
  
• Several players are unable to progress further in the Lion King's Castle quest line due to partial completion of the quest line before the revamp
  
• [Silent Crusade] The Coco card can't be obtained.
  
• If you highlight Chaos Pink Bean's health bar, the monster's name is not displayed.
  
• The tutorial skip option for Mihile does not skip through the whole tutorial.
  
• Portals in Malaysia Trend Zone Metropolis should have a pop-up.
  
• [Dragon Rider] Dragonoir uses the Damage Reflect skill.
  
• [Guide System] The “Help a Whale Out” quest does not appear in the Guide System during the Cannoneer quest
  

Art/Graphics:

• [Luminous] The first text bubble that appears over Luminous's head after the Black Mage fight in the tutorial is reversed.
  
• After defeating Horntail, the speech bubbles of the two Black Mage NPCs overlap each other.
  

Text:

• The quest log entry for ‘Kaede Conqueror’ incorrectly states that it can be repeated.

Ffs Nexon, please fix the dc from arrow blaster. It really sucks not being able to get the maximum amount of daily gollux coins and commerci denaro because I dc so often.

I've been saying this a couple of times, but next time when an issue is completed, put it on strikethrough on the known issues page first. Then everytime you do a fairly major patch (once a month? 2 months? 3 months?) you remove the struck-off known issues first before putting in new ones and striking off the just-fixed ones.

Also, please put a date next to the issues added. Gives an additional layer of prioritisation.

Cannot agree with this more.

It'd also be very useful if we could see a list similar to the Known Issues one, but of issues that are currently being investigated. A lot of people get extremely frustrated with the bug reporting forum because once threads are posted they just seem to get ignored - I understand that generally it's because Nexon are reading them and trying to replicate them internally, but if we knew which bugs were already noted down, we could stop trying to draw attention to them. It'd just be a big time saver all around.

• The Buccaneer skill ‘Octopunch Outrage’ is not dealing proper damage when using ‘Energy Charge’ with the hyper skills ‘Octopunch - Boss Rush’ and ‘Octopunch - Reinforce’.

Bwahaha, the Remembering RED medal issue got acknowledged? Oh, wow. Besides the thread here in SouthPerry, I can only Google one other thread over in Basilmarket about this issue.

They should really do another month dedicated to bug fixing; the list is getting pretty long again.
