I don't recall seeing 20%, but I don't remember.

It's not like being the first 250 even means anything, other than that the person in question is playing the game far too much.
Still though, i'm expecting to see plenty of "hero worship" and about 50 threads a day on basil about him (if there isn't already)

I see legitimate Chaos Vellum kills to be a lot more worthy of attention than someone grinding at (and to) a frankly absurd level.

Well if people consider standing in one spot 24/7 pressing a button to be worthy of merit, then whatever. I don't understand how it's possible at all without botting or account sharing, and regardless of how it was done, it's still unhealthy and shouldn't be endorsed.

And in regards to the original level 200 player, good for them, but it was different back then, and there probably wasn't as much competition to get to the top, he likely didn't (and couldn't) grind 24/7 to get there.

I had a friend of mine who did 215~230 and was training for up to 20 hours straight on a day. I would imagine for InmateSearch it being alot more.

MM I guess I was maxed out with 150% population core then. I do recall it working when I leveld my kanna to 200 but with the changes to spawn rates it didn't seem to work right when I tried it for a friend.

but u can get up to 30% bonus party C; and with 100% spawn oh baby+ kinshin(i know 150% spawn is possible as well), just on 4x exp and a x10hp core its more than 1mil exp each, not including party exp Imagine x 20 c: ALSO CONGRATS ON 250 Inmatesearch

Yeah but the time it takes to farm those cores, you might as well just go to HoH and get a party going, because you can only Evo 5 times per day.
