His break ends in like 3 days where his exp gain will plummet. He's probably still going to be first, but he doesn't have a lot of time left to catch up.

I Tested this exp with 2 and 3 bishop same party member and all condition but I still get same exp... nothing was increase

I find the above to be the case as well. The skill doesn't say the party receives this extra exp.... I would believe the effect only applies to Clerics/Priests/Bishops.

It does work. The Exp is embedded in the Party Exp line.

Considering we have better conditions than KMS for powerleveling they are either raging out of envy/jealousy or taking the high ground saying it doesn't count.

From what he's said his winter break ends the 29th? So he has 1 day to hit 250, I mean he could most likely hit 250 after his winter break is over but he might not have enough free time to hit 250 before KMS.

I'm pretty sure in this case he does not have the 29th off, so it's the home stretch for the next 7/8/9 hours assuming he gets to bed at a reasonable time.
