Oh my god, Siri. She lied to Rarity about her losing. Only one episode and she may have already topped both Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon as most hated pony of the show.

Yes! Her ass'holeness bit her back with her "assistant" quitting and giving Rarity the trophy in the end.

Oooo she got a gift from the assistant. Rainbow thread? Hmm.....

Overall: Must give episode 10/10. I feel they introduced a new pony location in a way that's very smooth (thanks to song). We also see Rarity really go through a whole plethora of emotions. Also gave a nice range of Rarifeels. It was great that Siri didn't get away with it, having her bi'tch nature bite her hard in the end. She must be very mad to lose both an assistant AND first place. Deserves a spot among one of the best non-opening season 4 episode I must say.

Funny observation: Gems seem to be accepted like $10~$100 bills in Manehattan. So despite creatures like Spike would eat them like candy, they're actually still treated like money in locations that are far away from Ponyville. That's a pretty expensive snack, Spike.

Been having Steam and Stream issues on my new Win 8 laptop these couple of days, either way, managed to catch it today after being completely incapacitated the entire week, and still am majorly incapacitated. So I'll sum it up in a few words.

Still somewhat sick as a dog, but I was going to post about S5 being confirmed...Now my question is can we pass the "Fraust 6" Rule, whereas every single show she has at been on has never passed 6 seasons? We shall see. I'm surprised they're confirming it this early into S4 also, snap. Now all we need to hear is Tara Strong swear in twilight's voice. (Hehehe.)

 Episode 9, Pinkie Has A Family That Actually Cares

Overall:10/10. They really pushed the envelope on this episode and go with a theme not usually explored in kids shows, and even then, it's already a established family member, but this...THIS. Having to deal with a removed cousin's status and going on a technical family-bond journey to see if she's still one of them, when in the end, they don't give a damn! WELCOME TO THE FAMILY! CUE THE A7X MUSIC.

*Season 4 Episode 9 Pinkie Apple Pie

Episode was pretty good. The gags are great, the eagle joke was hilarious, and Pinkie continues to violate the laws of physics and logic like no tomorrow. I do slightly worry that Pinkie is showing her hyper and random side a bit too much this season. I feel it could be toned down slightly, but that won't stop me from enjoying Season 4 as a whole. Song was great. The ending was just so troll, not revealing the whole truth about their family tree. Showing the Apple family bicker brings more of a realistic tone, which wasn't bad at all. There's heavy hinting that Pinkie IS related, but very indirectly, mostly involved with Golden Delicious (the whole balancing thing and her "lunch" being sweets).

Overall: 9/10

Hmmm, I'll have to redo some of my older ratings.

Well, all I can say about the entire premise of that episode is, that was unexpected.

Rainbow Badge confirmed for key to the chest?

Episode was definitely funny with the sudden voice and screentime of Snowflake. I definitely felt his flying ability this episode was just to make things funnier. But on the other hand, perhaps all of the training he did to bulk up his body made him a weaker flier. Rainbow Dash wasn't bad at all, but I started losing faith in her once she started trying to secretly be on the Wonderbolt's team at the same time. But, when Soarin revealed the truth to her, Dash got better in my eyes really quickly. Telling off the Wonderbolts? Marevelous.

So some sad fandom related news. The ever silly Ask Princess Molestia tumblr was recently taken down. In a way it was unintentional and confusing (most likely those crazy Down With Molestia people, but I also heard Hasbro did a Cease and Desist, I also heard Tumlr simply took it down), but JJ felt kinda glad he was free from the blog. HOWEVER, in place we get an "Ask Gaming Princess Luna" blog.

Gotta be a record of some sort for a Pony blog. Over 11k followers in less than 24 hours. APM had around 50-55k followers before it croaked. This can only mean great beginnings for AGPL.

The moment I realized Discord would appear, I knew the episode was gonna be gud. Thanks to knowing Discord is heavily based off of Q, I had a feeling Discord was somehow screwing with Twilight. I enjoyed trying to figure out the purpose of Discord's trolling. What made it even better was karma hit him in back in the end. I still wonder what the heck was that creature. Some.... tentacled worm creature that can infect you. And why did that sound so suggestive? Cadence was great for a person with few words. It did also show how much patience she has to not lose her cool from Discord's antics.

10/10. Definitely one of the best episodes of the season.
