Nexon really has no idea how their own game works if they think the average player can kill normal magnus Sad

Maybe in China, normal Magnus is like our Zakum?

Also, are we sure it's the real Magnus? Not like the fake Arkarium that appears in the corrupted ToT quest line?

If it requires a Magnus kill I might as well just stop doing the quests now.

I like the dialogue in the quests but the quests themselves. My god it is like they went out of their way to make them as tedious and unpleasant as possible. It really taints the class for me. Whoever came up with them should be fired or demoted.

It's definitely normal Magnus. It isn't a Beast Tamer specific quest, the Beast Tamer quest requires you to do the normal Magnus quest that every other class gets, and that one specifically mentions normal magnus.

They made the entire Pantheon and Heliseum quest chain (up to and including Magnus) part of the storyline. God knows why they chose to include all the most tedious and annoying questlines into the main plotline (the entire Kerning Square, Ellin Forest AND Heliseum)

That would be great, I won't be able to contribute much though D:

Wait Normal? I read Easy because I could not even begin to grasp how dumb normal is. Sorry, Normal is a tad over the top solo for me.

Ah, ok, no worries, thanks for offering anyway.

Anyway, the Bear Resurrection skill that grants you 5 seconds of invincibility after you die does pomegranate against Damage Reflect, and I got killed again while the effect was up.

EDIT: I submitted a ticket regarding the Magnus quest (under Feedback > Game Content). I know the quest is DOABLE, but it's unnecessary. Not everyone is in a high population world or have high-powered, funded friends who would help them, and nor should a characters story quest require you to defeat one of the hardest bosses in the game, it completely breaks the flow of the questline.

A much better point for the questline to stop would be just after defeating Velderoth, who is hard, but not impossible, and gives a suitable challenge for characters of that level. While Magnus is totally... not cool.

Could a fresh 180 Zero in Gold Label + Link Skills even beat Normal Magnus?

God fucking dammit Wizet.

No, I don't even think Easy Magnus would be beatable like that.

If you have missing gift items that aren't the bugged skill reset thing, scroll down to the items you're missing from the list, switch to a different list, and switch back.
The "Receive Gift" button should be available now.

My Beast Tamer isn't as fragile as I originally thought it would be. at level 122 I have around 17k HP and 9999 Magic Defense, 8000 Weapon Defense while in Bear Form.

Yeah, these people are definitely sadists.

Thorr Wrote:Anyone else unable to get all the gifts? (I know there was an issue with the Sp Reset gift.) I got to 96 and had 4 gifts left to go when it suddenly marked my board as Complete. The 2 2x coupons, 1 Sp potion, and the SP reset are still in my list. It even says I have 1 gift coming. But it locked down and marked itself complete. I am guessing that it rolled the Reset as my next gift and it bugged out.

Scroll down to where the gifts are, go to a different tab of gifts, then go back to the tab and you can receive the gifts.

It'd be nice if I could accept the SP reset but even with 11 open USE slots I can't, but that trick is helpful.

Personally I got 50k hp right now at lvl 210 in bear form with decent hb and advanced bless, max def and m.def

Gotta say I'm mostly disappointed with how this turned out.
Storyline quests are annoying/recycled/impossible, most skills are useless, and even the 'good' skills are useless because they're all mode locked.

Got 120 today and I'm just kinda sad that I didn't see the storyline because your warnings (thanks btw) made me drop the quests at lvl 29 (when the first collect etc quest came, no pet dam it).

Gameplay-wise it wasn't actually as bad as I thought based on first videos, I think Eunwol seems way worse. That doesn't matter tho, as long as Eunwols linkskill is the crap it is.
