The bug with the name change item itself still requires more investigation, so it can't be given out as it is right now.
There might be hope that we get it in the future. Just never be too optimistic when it's Nexon in question.

I never understood why they removed them from the Cash Shop in the first place. World Transfers I can understand, but not name changes.
