MTS question

Can people in the newest server use MTS, or do they have to wait a certain amount of time, or do they need to wait for the next server to arrive?

Yellonde and Demethos, both which have that "N" icon, have no MTS. Until Yellonde gets MTS, we won't know how long you have to wait.
It could be after two new servers, after 4, or even 5. :/

Or maybe it's after a certain time period, maybe even after a certain amount of people reach certain milestones. (4th job, etc)
