Third time in a row this has happened now. This is what it looks like:


You just sit there until it eventually takes you back to the entrance. I've tried clicking all over to trigger the cutscene but nothing works.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? Part of the file that contains the cutscene could be corrupted or missing or something.

That's worth a try. Hopefully it will work tomorrow.

I noticed that when I died during a Hard Mode Gollux solo, I lost experience, but the same wasn't true when I duo'd with a friend.

The only thing that makes you lose exp is during phase 2, when he does his Scream attack and you die, you lose exp. Everything else doesn't affect your exp like curse count, the hands, blah blah.

Many people had a 30 day safety charm which expired recently.. maybe you had one of those?

i lost 10% exp per curse count when gollux bugged out on me and i died 3x immediately. 70% ->40% ya sucks

Must've misremembered then, because both times I died during the eyes from the Scream attack.

Nope. The duo was a day after the solo.
