Did you expect some grimdark intro video where everybody dies? If you did, you are playing the wrong game and have no right to complain.

I would hate that if we got another job like that, honestly.

Well I certainly don't recall "complaining" if that was directed at me, just making a comparison to the style of this video compared to almost all other videos they make. I didn't hate it, just saw it as a more lighthearted video directed at kids more-so than what we've seen from most other videos. I'd say the best example of the opposite approach was the cygnus awakening.

Everyone here is arguing about the video for all the wrong reasons.

This video promotes polygamy! With animals! It's wrong! In one part of the video the singer says "kiss me in the sunset" - why on dear mother earth does she want all of these animals to kiss her in the sunset? This is a monstrosity. In another part the singer repeats "I do"... Now she wants to marry the animals? Is this the kind of content we want our kids watching? This is the kind of blasphemy that is leading this world to doom... I never thought Nexon would release a class that promotes beastiality and polygamy. I'm truly disgusted.

On a serious note though, I actually don't mind the video. I just wish the song actually made sense. Like, if you actually listen to the lyrics, they have no relevance at all. I would rather have had them make a little "episode" like the other videos, or at least have the song make sense. It's also hard to understand the singer, she's really nasally.

I'm guessing that the original song is in japanese (Seeing how BT was originally revealed in a JMS event and the general anime intro feel of the video.), and that they translated the lyrics into english.

Those songs NEVER make sense when translated.

When practically EVERY version has the same exact release date, there's probably something behind it. I don't think that has ever happened before. Sure, it might be a JMS problem, or it might be a bug that only JMS will not have because they took the extra week to fix it.

Either way, the connected release dates should be a cue that something is likely going on. It's certainly possible that it was just a coincidence, but it's unlikely in my opinion.

No patch highlights yesterday so patch may not be the 15th after all.. or they could just put the highlights up on Monday or something. They usually do it the Friday before though.

At this point I'm pretty convinced they're just going with the 22nd for a global release. I'm still being hopelessly optimistic for the 15th, though.

Anyways, I'm going to be deleting my Mercedes to name my BTamer Pokeballs. I am in the process of remaking my Merc for the link skill, which is only a minor annoyance and not that bad.

Unless the micro-site counts as a "patch highlight" of sorts, it gives about as much information as patch highlights would.

It seems pretty obvious that there will be a patch on the 15th, so if not Beast Tamer, then what? and if something different is released on the 15th, I doubt they'd release beast tamer on the 22nd because what is the point of patching a week after.

However, if there's some serious problem with Beast Tamer, then the patch will likely be delayed. And events will either be extended or not. They won't patch on the 15th with a buggy Beast Tamer, and they won't patch week after week either.

As usual, all we can do is wait and see.

We've had a micro site first, then the patch highlights the Friday before, and then finally the patch time the night before quite often I think, I'm still a little confused as to why they've decided to throw Beast Tamer in during RED though, they could've either had Tamer be part of RED from the start or added the class after RED was finished, it doesn't really make much sense :f6: but they did do something similar with Root Abyss and Tempest I guess.

Hopefully Cannoneer/DB revamp isn't pushed back too :| I don't think it will be though. I'm glad they're not releasing content immediately regardless of functionality now at least, better this way than having tons of stuff glitchy/broken.

They already confirmed we're getting kritias in "the patch happening in early january" aka beast tamer patch.
