In this case, they ended up punishing the "casuals" who had better things to do than 2x.

I doubt many people actually stayed up in the hope of Nexon messing up their box-gutting.

I just ahppened to be up late trying to finish off a manga and noticed it was 3:30, so I decided to get the box.

Just logged back in again and it looks like I get the fixed rewards too... which shouldn't happen.

As usual everyone who jumps on these things profits and everyone else gets the finger.

I have only 1 account, no mules (or no longer, because I can't have a mule given how I play so it's pointless). "Abuse" is not very high up on the list of things I can or will do. It's not on the list to begin with.

I can sympathise with the mismatch in expectations for the Hot Weekend gifts, but as a common casual player I cannot empathise with your anguish and your loss.

The only thing I don't like about this is that you can't get rid of the stupid cash shop items. The Clothes Collector won't even take them.

mfw this becomes the crux of the argument that Nexon bases on why we don't have permanent clothes cs clothes

even so... the female top is dam ugly and the jump animation on the bucket doesnt help at all

now about the scrolls:
I don't care the fact I didn't got the scroll I just hate the fact nexon keeps their "mistakes" alive.... not even giving a fair fix for that
lets see 3 examples:

problem: diferent kind of throwing stars were in sale at gollux shop
solution: take them out from the shop(people who bought stars... are keeping them)

90% Scrolls
problem: they gave 90% scroll "by mistake"
solution: let the players keep the scroll and exchange the rewards

and this one its pretty old but I'll say I always liked the response from nexon
Permanent mounts
problem:they added permanent mounts to a ended coin shop
solution: let the player who bought them... keep them and also add them at the current coin shop

I'm not saying nexon should add them(scroll) to a shop... but I know they could handle it better

Slept through nine texts and a phone call and missed the scrolls I don't need anything scrolled but I was going to help a friend or two scroll their weapons.

As always, horrid situation handling by nexon. And thanks everyone for the heads up on the cash items; gonna be claiming those on a mule now.

i'd like to see maryse explain how they are so gamebreaking though (or people here who didn't want them), only class where it would have some semblance of gamebreaking in my opinion would be xenon, and even then.

Players on the official forum were bitching about how it's going to deflate the prices of weapons that were scrolled with RED 50%'s.

Those RED shirts are absolutely hideous. I'm so glad I wasted 2 inventory slots on those, yes sir. The RED bucket is nice though, I accepted it on my Zero.

I don't understand the point of making them unable to put in it the cash inventory. Horrible.

I agree it's ridiculous that you can't move them in cash inventory or get rid of them.

However, a somewhat quick fix is that you can put it on your android, even if it's the wrong gender (if the wrong gender, it will only show their default clothes).

I wanted the scrolls, but I was also totally fine with Nexon not giving them out. But messing up and letting only a few get the scrolls? Tasteless, Nexon.

I used to get righteously indignant (random bishop pun har har) at people abusing events and stayed far away from it all, but over the years I've become too jaded at Nexon to care. You only need to look at Nexon's ban & appeals system to see that enforcement of their rules (which are hazy at times) is arbitrary at best. I suppose it's sad that I've fallen to the group of "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em".

But seriously, people peaching about balance? This would've been a drop in a bucket to, oh, just about every other abuse and exploit that's happened so far, and if anything, the scrolls would've benefited the poor more than the rich.

Nexon changed their minds about the 90% 9 att scrolls at the last moment and changed the rewards. Then it turns out Nexon done goofed and for the first hour or something gave out the scrolls anyway, then they stopped giving them out.

I can't get mad at them, but dammit I feel pissed. This is seriously horse sh'it. A good majority of people got +9 scrolls. And now the people that waited later and didn't know didn't get anything of value? What sort of horse sh'it is this?

They claim that they want to make Maple better, and they keep doing this?

man ... FM is full of 30 stats and 81 attack heart everywhere..... this is probably one of the main reason that these 90% scroll are too abusive

i may just end up using those blowing up 20%'s with prots and safeties, same result ._.
