What we have here is a failure to communicate, apparently.

The people in charge of the website forgot to pass the message along to the developers, and now there are going to be two days of Nexon being blissfully unaware of this.

Honestly, I don't expect much backlash if they decide to let the changes stay. This isn't like the duping exploit during the first week of RED where AEE no booms were going for mere mesos each. Can this event be exploited? Sure - weapons can be traded to accounts that get the scrolls and then traded to other accounts, but it might not break the game (any more than it is broken already).

It's more the ugliness of throwing new scrolls at us, laughing at people that just "perfected" their weapons. It is also fucking horrible to award people for having insane amounts of accounts.

They should've coded it so that once you use 1 x 90% scroll on an item you can't use another one (unless they did this already). Because the scenario I saw coming was people farming with multiple accounts and making easy +90att weapons and everyone smega spamming to get service before it's too late.

Honestly these types of things are the only way I'm able to compete with other people. If I didn't have free cubes, I'd still be stuck with % INT, % def, %mdef, and all those fun little status things they love to put on weapons. I've literally built my characters out of everything I can get for free, so for me these little "slip ups" are my "NX" advantage so to speak.

Used it on a cane. I just noticed that after scrolling my dagger, 1h atk scrolls are practically useless to me (only cane, whip blade and 1h mace now). And I'm too poor to afford a heart. I only have a perfected one (+5s) on my Shad and that's it.

WOW I actually can't believe they didn't fix the hot time box. Giving every mass bot army access to essentially unlimited +9 att, +3 all stats scrolling capabilities is extremely dangerous. Anyone that thinks this won't have any sort of unintended affect is just wrong. If these are exploited to the extend they could, you put hundreds of +90 att weapons in circulation and encourage abuses against the ToS.

This also is a massive power creep that essentially could give everyone who wanted one access to overpowered weapons and anything that is not amazingly scrolled is now worth essentially nothing. This was unintended, they tried to patch it out and messed up. I pray to god they do something soon.

I don't know how to feel about this seeing as Nexon dun goofed super hard from the looks of it. Granted I wouldn't be surprised if Nexon pulls a USC on us to fix the hot day boxes and everyone who got the 90% scroll in advance wins out.

That is because we have two factions, the YOLO hacker abuse corner and the rest of us that like balance, healthy competition and fair play.
There can never be unity, at least not unless it is founded by the ban hammer.
