Anyone who comes from Dota probably has their minimaps on the left. I know my friends who came from HoN/DotA have their mini maps on the left.

The minimap is supposed to go on the same side as your dominate eye. I switched mine over to the left, after playing with it on the right for a year, and it's a lot more comfortable for me.

after coming back to maple i moved my minimap to the right, no shrooms ganking me today.
