Waltzing already confirmed there will be no rollback, but a fix.
They'll probably just delete the abused items, ban the users and block the hack.


Looks like servers are coming up now, so there goes my hope for a merged server check....

i know that, but i had some hope that after the servers started going back up, they will stay like that.

Yeah, but Waltzing said the scheduled server check has to do with more of Nexon's games, and not just Maplestory, therefore, it will not be cancelled.
I suppose they took down the servers so it would be just one long maintenance.

I just don't want to miss attendance today...

I wonder whether they actually finished what they needed to do for this, or got interrupted by the scheduled maintenance.
I guess we'll know by whether the scheduled one finishes on time.

It's not really that they're taking quick action compared to before. The dupe hack happened on a Sunday night, and this one happened mid-week. Previously these usually happened early weekend when they weren't really there.

Actually I still have a couple of things to scroll, like my specs, Gollux earrings / ring (Ain't nobody got time for Gollux scroll farming).
That's more than enough slots to use all of the protection and safety scrolls we'll get

EDIT: Planning on using my stashed booming 40% iCoGs, as I don't have enough coins for those 60% iCoGs.

I'm not going to even bother trusting icogs regardless of what form it is. They are extremely skewed to f'uck you and they're too expensive for what that.
