The bright side of this is that Nexon has learnt from their mistakes and patching things up right away instead of letting it go on for over 12 hours.



And there will be no rollback lmao. It's not like last time how the items became so widespread and integrated into the game (people using the duped scrolls/nebs on their items) that it was impossible to fix without a rollback.
Nexon can simply delete all of these items and we can continue playing.

Does the compensation announced merely an hour before sound reasonable now?
3 protects + 3 shields + 100% hammer + 1 cube = over $20 of compensation lol. There was something fishy about that.

Not so much that Nexon is smart but that the people who decided to make this hack known didn't wait for the weekend.

No doubt they were prepping for the maintenance later tonight. Still, it's a nice response time and very generous compensation.
