And would having both hot time and RED not be a bigger incentive than one or the other?

xparasite9 Wrote:Uh I thought that's what I was saying? "Hot Days were put in place to incentivize people to play. RED is serving as that incentive right now. There's no need for hot days." Yes, hot time =/= hot days, but they both serve the same purpose, and people WILL continue to stay on longer for peaking as often as they would a hot time since people who would want the hot time would come on at the time its announced, so will the people who do hot days. The only difference is people who would already be unable to log on for a hot time would still be able to on a hot day. Nobody is going to leave their job or school early for a hot time, and thats why hot days exist. They bring in nearly the same amount of people but are more lenient for the people who naturally wouldnt make it.

xparasite9 Wrote:but hot times happen on weekends. Lot's of people work on the weekend or have other priorities. Many people play in different time zones. I personally hate them because even when I'm free to log on during those time periods, they cause tons of technical issues including massive lag.
