Honestly I would gladly give 2-3days of maple 'progress' and another 24hours of the game being offline for Nexon to nail at least 50% of the greedy scumbags involved in this exploit

It is the fucking hackers and exploiters that is to blame for your ruined gaming experience in this case, not Nexon.
Would you blame the buss company for canceled tours if terrorists kept blowing up all the god damn busses?
That's a terrible analogy. Hackers will always be hacking, granted. But these are nearly identical exploits to all the other item generation hacks. Nexon can and should be held responsible for their persistent policy of bandaid solutions instead of fixing the fundamental problems with the way their client-server interactions use permissions.
I'm a forgiving person. I've played this game for years. YEARS. Nexon has been getting a lot better recently, but it looks like some things never change.

My only concern at this point is if I'm going to actually have to buy two tickets for Sengoku High to get my last totem back.

Still, if no disguisting little pomegranates kept wanting to get ahead, there would be no problem. Nexon can't stop hackers even if they tried, and a buss company can't stop terrorists. I think the analogy is pretty sound.
I am not saying they should not try or that they do an A grade job at fending of hacks and exploits, but hell if I am going to just sit and watch while people pretend that hackers are not the problem.

When it comes to preventing burglars, it's much easier to install a new lock on the door than to remodel the house to accommodate for some military grade security. If they're going to do that, they may as well build a new game from scratch.

Nexon have defiantly taken the right approach however for some people to say we shouldn't be compensated is beyond me.
People put time into the game whether it be to Grind, Upgrade equips, FM etc etc these are all factors that should be taken into consideration when there is a RB.
Also RLH itself can be very time consuming if your going for totems I come back for Red and over the past few days I've been doing RLH for the totems so hoping I don't have collect another 1000-2000 coins.
Hackers gonna be hackers & exploit anything they can it happens, there is nothing Nexon can do to prevent that there are always vulnerabilities to be taken advantage of.

Ok, not too bad. They'll have to give us the attendance stamp for yesterday.

I'm still waiting on answers regarding the weddings and Sengoku High.
Consider asking about the Black Friday Shop, I know it's already been extended one week, but I still have and probably will be getting Coins from Sengoku High School.
On that note, I will be losing the Totem that I worked on and a total of approximately 1200 coins, not a steep price to get some of this fixed. I am just glad I do not play late at night.

Phew, the rollback actually doesn't affect me at all.
I hope they get this fixed, I'm sure it must have been a hard decision to decide to rollback, but it needed to be done.

Hmmm think i was only attending a wedding at that time and i didn't do that much that night anyway, kinda surprised it won't be going back earlier.
It will be interesting to see how these bans will be applied, I hope they managed to get most of the damage reversed. In the future I hope anyone who suddenly sees prices dropping drastically will be smart enough to stay away from them.
If it's too good too be true it probably isn't or in this case..sketchy.

Just in time for me, since I'm reaching home soon. Oh wait I need to settle my Ph.D applications ASAP... sigh.
As a casual player who very, very rarely visits the FM, this doesn't affect me. But in fact, I did visit the FM very recently, and I didn't find very many Fafnirs on FM shops... nor were they disgustingly low in prices. Windia doesn't seem to be badly hit...
If it must be done, it must be done. Deal with it. They're trying to soften the blow to us too.

welp, I'm going to bed. Hopefully it's up by the time I get up tomorrow (which will be around noon PST, pray for a higher being to help Nexon if it lasts that long).
