Dear Maplers,

We are currently looking into a hack that a small number of players have been utilizing to duplicate in-game items. We have temporarily taken the game servers offline while the team works on a hotfix to address the issue and prevent future incidents. The team has also identified the players involved and will be taking appropriate action to protect the game’s economy.

We anticipate this to be a short process and will update you all once more details are available.

it just dupe cuz if there was item generation then... there would be a 15 star scroll in fm and s rank nebulite along with level 160 equip and many more

It doesnt really matter if it was a Dupe or an Item Gen as far as I am concerned. The issue at hand is all the gear that these scrolls were used on in the past 24 hours. If they can not detect that then they should rollback. It may suck to lose your experience from the past 24 hours but sometimes you have to look at the greater good of the economy.

This will not end well....

Guess I should be happy about not needing to do RLH again on multiple chars because seems like no rollback.

Feels like though they will leave a bunch of duped items in game though, but that's never new..

considering the amount of people that are able to perform this compared to the amount of people that play, i would say it is indeed a "small number"

It just means a fix that is "hot" aka bumped to #1 absolute transcendent priority. It will be permanent, no doubts of that. Nothings to say we won't see another unrelated method after the fact though.

Please do max of 1 day of Roll back it may solve the problem, since today that it got intense or that happened, so we just go back in time as weekend just finished, still better than a roll back of 2 days or more, well, i don't know if it's possible but, maybe keep the lv(or the characters) and the rest ''reset''.

I had a good laugh when i read that. Small as in 1/4 of a server ? short as in the time it took to patch RED?

they could solve this if they can detect anyone that use dupe ( nebulite / no boom aee ) = ban
anyone that have those equip that was use by those dupe item = ban
