I was thinking that rolling back might do more harm then good. I know that probably sounds bad and I'm not going to defend the abusers, I'm just saying.

I had literally just finished my attendance and accepted the reward when the server went down, so happy that I managed to get it done and now I don't have to go back on today.

Think about how much was duped. Think how many people put nebs or used scrolls. Rollback would reset all of that. HOWEVER. I can also promise that many people probably bought cubes today or other nx items. Therefor nexon would have to refund that. Ontop of that there's two attendance checks. Plus people probably leveled with the 2x coupons.

Honestly I'm expecting a big hellban.. and the player base falling drastically.

Either way, nexon is really pineappleed on this one. We just had a TON of old players come back... if they have to resort to a rollback, they'll lose lots of progress from the big 2x weekend and just quit again, but if nexon DOESN'T rollback, there is no way in hell they will catch even half of the illicit items. Is it really so hard for such a rich ass company to have administrators on duty on weekends? This should have been addressed and the game taken down YESTERDAY.

Let me just whip out my crystal ball for you and tell you what exploits will come out in the coming weeks. That's basically what you're asking for. A nebulites have been a major part of the game for years. :f6: Dunno what you're going on about. As have noboom AEEs and 60% unique pot scrolls. All of these things you are listing are irrelevant and pointless. The issue is with the server just blindly accepting packets without question (in most cases).
