That is just because the cash shop is being entered by too many people, it showed up like that for me multiple times, and when I refreshed, all my NX and maple points were back, don't worry about it.

They didn't lose their NX, it's just lagging when it's trying to get the point. Tell them to go to http://www.nexon.net/nx/review-purchases/ and check their NX, the Maple Points are definitely gone though.

It was probably to stop abuse from people with multiple accounts but now I'm not sure if it was worth it or not personally

Uh. No. Hot day would make everything you have problems with right now 10x worse at least. This lag would persist throughout the entire night and probably into tomorrow.

You do realize people have f'uck tons of accounts in this game right? And that even with a hot day box it would still "disappear" (even though it works fine) because of everyone cashing in?

I clicked my box, it disappeared without any message and gave me nothing. I hope they compensate us.

I talked to a buddy about it and apparently its just a visual glitch o.o

right. the servers are extremely overloaded and aren't able to retrieve your balance in enough time before the timeout. So rather than just actually say "request timed out" it says 0.

They did exactly what they intended to do. This wasn't designed to reward anyone. It was designed to entice everyone who still possesses a modicum of a pineapple to give about this game to log in and remain logged in at the same instance. So they can collect data.

Your logic is very weird there. Haven't we had enough hot days to make you realize hot days don't cause these kind of problems?

Don't get me wrong. As someone who has a single working acc, it obviously annoys me people cheat with dozens of accounts and profit billions more than me. But many of these people will still try using multiple accounts with extra computers or multims during hot time and often succeed.

To cut down on abuse of hot days, they could simply put in limits that would if not prevent it, at least make it require a lot of work to get 20+ accounts done in a day.

There we go just logged in and gave it another shot now and it all worked good. I got all the items and no error messages.

Well I tried using mine and it just disappeared without giving me anything. It's been a good while so I guess I'm not getting anything.
